Rules
Roster & Waiver Forms
We will be using SportsEngine to manage our tournaments. So you will need to register your team and fill out your rosters. Your rosters will be approved once submitted. Once game play starts no roster additions will be allowed. This software will allow us to bring fastpitch tournaments up to date and provide real time pool standings and bracket updates.
Insurance
Every team is required to have insurance to be able to play in our events. You will be able to upload proof of insurance when you upload your roster.
Softball Age Rules
Age control date will be Sept 1st. A player may play up, but cannot play down for any reason. You play fall what age you will be playing next spring.
Classifications
Open Tournaments/Age Groups - Any team, any classification can jump in!

B – Teams that win the majority of the games against C competition, and play around .500 against other B teams. Usually have a combination of good pitching, offense, and defense.

C – Teams that win the majority of the games against Rookie competition, and play around .500 against other C teams. Usually have a combination of average pitching, offense, and defense.

Rookie – Teams that are working towards getting better. Sometimes struggle against other Rookie teams. Usually have a combination of below average pitching, offense, and defense.
Code of Conduct
Players - I will hustle and play the game the right way. I will not disrespect my opponents, teammates, umpires, coaches, or my parents! I will win with humility and lose with dignity!
Coaches - I will be prepared and will coach the girls the right way. I will set an example by being respectful to my opponents, umpires, and fans! I understand that I am a role model for my team and will conduct myself in a manner that represents my team well!

Parents - I am here to cheer on our team. My job is not to talk bad about coaches, umpires, or others but to encourage and be respectful. I will set the example for my family and represent my team well.
Time Limits
1hr 10min seeding, 1hr 15min bracket. All time limits are finish the inning, including seeding games.
Exceptions: If the home team is batting and has the lead when time expires, then the game will be over, and we will not finish the inning (this includes seeding games).
*On site director reserves the right to modify game times in the event of bad weather.*
