Refund Policy

Legacy Fastpitch Tournaments refund policy -

In the event of weather related issues and a tournament cannot be played or finished, teams will be given a refund as follows:
Prior to no games being played:  100% refund
Once a team plays one (1) game:  50% refund
Once a team plays two (2) games: 0% refund
(once a game has started, it will be counted as a game played)

There will be a 5% processing charge on all refunds. If a team wants to take a credit towards a future tournament then there is no 5% processing fee. Once a game has started there will be no refund on team gate fees for the teams involved.
